This property has been delightfully redone (2005) with new furniture, tile floors downstairs, and a completely renovated kitchen-new appliances, cabinets, countertops. It is a 2-story townhouse with parking at the front door. The living quarters are downstairs including a half bath and a very roomy living room with two sofas, one of which is a sleeper. All three bedrooms are upstairs, the master having a private bath and the other two sharing a bath. TVs and either or both a VCR and DVD are in the living room and all three bedrooms. A mini stereo system and ceiling fan in the living room are extras that add to the appeal of this unit. There are both a swimmimng pool and an exercise room (free weights, nautilus, cycle, elliptical)on site. The beach is only two blocks away--a perfect location for your vacation!
